Jimmy Napier is an author who has written Invest in Debt, a book about how to buy and sell rural properties and build wealth. He has presented at many seminars and recorded courses on the topic. He left his stable job in 1971 to pursue his passion of selling real estate full-time. He attended real estate classes, learned the tricks of the trade, and eventually opened his own real estate investing business.
